Jenn's Experience
I received my law clerk diploma from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2003. Shortly thereafter, I began working for Scott McMichael. I transitioned to Sullivan Law Ptbo with him in 2017.
In 2017, I also began teaching Advanced Property Law at Fleming College.
What do you enjoy about your job?
Working with first time home buyers! Their excitement and enthusiasm is contagious. Calling them to tell them to come and pick up their new home’s keys at our office is a highlight in my day!
Why do you like working at Sullivan Law Ptbo?
We are always growing and changing. We continually refine our processes and use of technology to better serve our clients and allow our office to run more smoothly. And getting to bring my dog Henri to work every day makes everyone's day better.
What is your goal when a client comes to see you?
Answer their questions! I want to try to work with them to ensure that they understand the steps in their transaction. I’ve learned that when clients understand the process and timeline they feel much more comfortable and then it helps us work together much better!
What is something interesting about you that you'd like your clients to know?
I am the Secretary/Treasurer of the East City Village BIA.
I’m an avid swimmer, photographer, and baker!
What do other people at Sullivan Law Ptbo say about you?
Jenn is A-MAZ-ING. Her ability to handle very busy closing days with a smile and a laugh is only possible because she has ninja-like organizational skills.
