How much does it cost?
The cost to have one document notarized is $65 plus HST and $50 plus HST to notarize each additional document. We accept payment by cash, e-transfer, credit card and cheque.
What kinds of documents do you notarize?
We will notarize most documents with the exceptions of Separation Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Wills, or Estate/Probate Documents. We don't notarize custody agreements or marriage contracts. Please call us if you have any questions.
Do you provide the document I need to get notarized?
We do not provide or prepare the documents; however, here is a link to the travel consent letter recommended to be used by Global Affairs (https://travel.gc.ca/docs/child/consent-letter_lettre-consentement-eng.pdf) and Sworn Statement of Vehicle Transfer (https://www.ontario.ca/page/transfer-ownership-vehicle-family-member). I need to get something notarized. Can I come in?
Absolutely! We offer walk-in appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-4pm.
These times are subject to change and our lawyers’ availability. Please just call in advance to confirm that we have someone ready to help.
What do I need to bring to a notary appointment?
Just the document that you want notarized and two pieces of identification (one must have a picture like a Passport or Driver’s Licence). You will complete the intake form at your appointment.
