Linda's Experience
I have 30 years of experience working in the legal field with 15 of those years assisting clients with their Wills and Estate needs. I started my career at a large prominent downtown Toronto law firm where I had the opportunity to work with some pretty amazing people in the real estate and corporate commercial department. After 15 years of the big city life I decided to move to the Peterborough area and have loved every minute of country life.
What do you enjoy about your job?
The best thing about my job is the feeling I get when I am helping clients. Whether it is doing some estate planning for their future or they have lost a loved one and need some guidance. Knowing I have made it a little easier for them is very fulfilling for me.
Why do you like working for Sullivan Law?
I absolutely love the team I work with at Sullivan Law. Everyone has a positive outlook and we all go the extra mile to help one another out. When one of us succeeds, we all succeed. The support and friendship we have for each other makes it a joy to come to work every day.
What is your goal when a client comes to see you?
My goal when a client comes into the office is to make sure they feel confident and satisfied with the job I am doing for them and that when they leave they feel like they are in capable hands. I want my clients to feel that they can reach out to me with any concerns or questions they may have. My clients always come first.
What is something interesting about you that you'd like your clients to know?
Something that our clients may find interesting is that I am an avid animal lover and have fostered many rescue dogs over the years. I also love swimming and spending time in my garden.
What do other people at Sullivan Law Ptbo say about you?
Linda is the one of the most positive people we know. She laughed off a fractured thumb for over a week! Then she was able to joke about breaking a bone within days of starting with us.
Linda also started a new tradition of decorating for Halloween and having Halloween costumes!
Fun Fact
- My fun fact is that I used to compete in typing competitions. Every year in the downtown Toronto area the businesses would have a competition where employees would compete within their firm and the fastest typist would represent them at a big competition at the Harbour Castle Hotel. I competed three years in a row and although I never won it sure was a lot of fun.
