Julie's Experience
Prior to becoming a real estate clerk, I was a licensed realtor. This greatly impacts my job now as I can see transactions from both perspectives. I have been a real estate clerk for more than 13 years and from this experience I have gained a wealth of knowledge regarding the ins and outs of real estate transactions in Ontario.
What do you enjoy about your job?
I greatly enjoy assisting with their real estate transactions. The enthusiasm that clients have when they purchase and sell homes is contagious and it is wonderful to play a small role in this.
What is something interesting about you that you'd like your clients to know?
My laugh is so unique everyone in the office tends to know where I am!
What is your goal when a client comes to see you?
My goal is always to provide peace of mind and a positive experience. I enjoy assisting clients buying and selling homes as this is something I help with so frequently buy our clients do rarely. I’ve learned that explaining the documents and process in plain (and sometimes funny language!) makes all the difference.
